This 1970 Ford Mustang was in very original condition, the steering wheel was classic timber and everything on the dash was completely stock as it came from factory. The owner wanted to have cruise control installed but didn’t want to damage the dashboard at all.

So our mobile installation service recommended one of our wireless cruise control modules so that it could be kept in a storage bin or in the globe box. It means the owner of this Mustang can operate the cruise control buttons while holding the module in their hand. It means it doesn’t have to be mounted on the dash, steering wheel or the steering column that can potentially damage the original condition of this old car. 

An alternative idea may have been to mount it on the dash using double sided velcro tape that could be cleaned off if the vehicle is sold later on. For modern vehicles there are oem replacement options that will fit into the steering wheel hub or the stalks to give you a factory look.
